This hotel has poor customer service and does not feel welcoming at all.. Upon checking into my room I found an ant infestation and old food alongside the bed. The place felt very unkept, not clean at all. What they advertise compared to what it is are 2 completely different things.

We stayed for 2 nights. Honestly it's not in a good area of Orlando. A lot of unsavory people were walking the streets close to the hotel. I saw a cop arresting some people close to the hotel. The hotel itself is a little dated, but the service was good. Complimentary breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. The AC was pretty loud though, my mom could barely fall asleep the first night. And it's weirdly made, without a map, I couldn't have found our room. For the price it was good, but there's better.
